Large Equipment Shipping

Due to the size and weight of shop equipment such as tire changers, wheel balancers, lifts, and AC service machines, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and delivery requirements.

Customers must contact us first to obtain a shipping quote before placing an order for large equipment.

Once the shipping cost is confirmed, we will provide a payment link or invoice for the order.


Payment Method for Large Equipment

Due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks in online purchases, large equipment orders require payment via bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer before shipment.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received and confirmed.


Toronto / GTA Local Delivery

For customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we may offer local delivery service.

Customers can place a deposit to reserve the equipment, and the remaining balance can be paid before or upon delivery depending on the agreement.

Please contact us to arrange delivery scheduling.


Diagnostic Scanner Update Services

For Autel diagnostic scanner update services, the activation and update process is completed remotely by Autel technicians.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on technician availability and scheduling.

Once the update activation has started, the service is considered final and non-refundable.


Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, payment confirmation, and scheduling.

Customers will receive confirmation once the order is ready for shipment or delivery.
