Autel Update Service – Terms, Refund & Chargeback Policy
Autel update services are digital services provided through remote activation by Autel technicians. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Digital Service
All Autel update services and activation codes are non-refundable once the activation process has started. Digital services cannot be returned or reversed after activation.
2. Processing Time
Update activation is normally completed within 1–3 business days, depending on Autel scheduling availability.
3. Device Lock for Fraudulent Payments
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, all payments are subject to verification.
If a payment is later identified as credit card fraud, chargeback, or unauthorized refund, the corresponding Autel diagnostic device may be automatically locked by the Autel system within the second business day after activation.
4. Reactivation Fee
If a device is locked due to fraudulent payment or chargeback and the customer requests reactivation, an additional service and processing fee of $500 USD will be required to unlock the device.
5. Agreement
By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that they are the authorized owner of the diagnostic device and agree to all terms and policies listed above.
